About Us

KWCC is a licensed general contractor with its offices and shop located in Sugar Grove, IL about an hour West of the City of Chicago. KWCC was initially formed as a union carpentry sub-contractor and racking/fixture installer. KWCC has completed projects throughout the Midwest and beyond. We have an International Agreement and are a Signatory Member of the International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Laborers. We have these highly skilled professionals at our disposal to self-perform work throughout the United States. We can accommodate any size rollout program, store expansion, store remodel, racking/storage solution and store fixturing.

KWCC has a comprehensive fleet of vehicles and equipment to get the job done no matter where it is located. We understand that safe and well-maintained vehicles and equipment are crucial in the projects we are involved with for our employees and customers. Safety is a priority we take very seriously on the job site and our shop.

KWCC was formed by Russ Woerman in 2012. Russ has seen it and may have built it all in his 25 plus years in the industry. He has been a part of every task imaginable in the building process and uses those years of experience to guide KWCC into the future.
